ABOUT YOU
We are looking for...
A passionate and initiative-focused Business Analyst who will add value to our technology and operational teams by co-designing and documenting innovative systems and process improvements. You will play a key role in aligning our digital products and tools with evolving business needs across Asuer and Botle Buhle Brands (BBB). This position is based in Johannesburg, offers a competitive salary, and gives you the opportunity to drive meaningful impact through thoughtful analysis and collaboration.
What you'll get to do and why we need you...
As our Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse current systems, map user journeys, and identify opportunities to enhance the way we deliver services and products. You’ll bridge the gap between business operations and technical teams, ensuring our platforms are user-friendly, scalable, and designed with purpose.
Your work will enable better product and process decisions, more effective development cycles, and ultimately a better experience for users; from internal teams to field agents to everyday customers. By identifying inefficiencies, defining specifications, and helping shape solutions, you’ll be an integral part of how we simplify complexity and deliver technology that works.
